Over the years, Abbey Developments have worked with experience surveyors and estate agents to help its customers to get the best value for their investments. Altering a house is always a good investment as long as you know your get appropriate advice. This is an area that Abbey Developments differentiate itself from its competitors.

Contractors

As well as have carefully recruited professionals, Abbey Developments uses the services of a number of specialist contractors. This help ensuring effective compliance with a number building regulations. For instance we will only use CORGI registered gas installers and experienced and qualified contractors for specialists work. We monitor the performance of our contractors in a regular basis and we work with them to ensure that they have up-to-date training and knowledge of regulations.

Design and Decorations

Traditionally, clients provide their own guidance for internal decoration and design. This often constitute the base for the alteration or development work. However if required we have worked with experienced designers who will support us in the design phase. Our decorator are also extremely meticulous and will always ensure that the finishing touches are of high standards.
